Refund

Hi Frost Bank Support Team -

I noticed several fees on my Frost Bank account that I would like to ask for a refund on. I have been a loyal customer of Frost Bank and hope to continue, but these fees are becoming really frustrating...

Especially when there are now so many fee-free banks and its been such a tough year!

I am retired and working part time but its been really difficult.

Can I get a refund on the $611.06 from my transactions below? Locked my card at grocery store

Said it was because of a bad pin. The pin was good for online banking. I was on phone for over 5 minutes because of a state wide outage. So I was further humiliated by leaving bags of groceries because I couldnt pay for them.

User's recommendation: Use your card at an atm or online before using at a grocery store. Save yourself embarrassment.

They take your money any chance they get then fight you on getting back. And if you sign certain contracts they pretend you didnt and overdraft you anyway. I wish I could get frost bank shut down. Thats how much they suck. I hate them and their staff. Theyre the worst people Ive ever had to deal with.

The reason for my review was that Frost Bank in San Antonio Texas took advantage of me because I have a brain injury and I am handicapped

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

In March I had my brother who lives in San Antonio Texas open several accounts for me at frost bank I had the pleasure of talking to Kathleen Finck and Brian Hunt about the accounts I was opening both Brian and Kathleen were both very well aware of my Brain injury and the accounts I was opening I asked the both of them on a conference call that my niece was part of as I was investing my money!! I suffered for 8 years and continue to do so everyday I purposely asked Brian Hunt and Kathleen Finck if I had to sell the treasury bonds they were purchasing for me.

Would I lose any money. on this conference call was myself my niece and my brother. there words to me was absolutely not!!

Well as of today Frost Bank took from me in fees etc $6827.21. I have put in 2 phone calls for the President of the bank Patrick Frost to call me I will continue to pursue this until they put my money back in my account I also will be pursuing legal counsel and the news in San Antonio Texas how dare Frost bank take advantage of someone with a brain Injury !!!stay away!!!Bank somewhere else with honest people!!

This particular branch in Boerne Tx, took advantage of my mother with dementia who passed away a month ago. They insist I open a brokerage account with them or they will not Transfer on Death which was her desire. The criminal, Travis Mayfield and the Compliance officer have yet to comply with her wishes to TOD. This is illegal

Refuse to honor payment on account

Refused to pay bill from FairHope Direct for 18.94 and now they have increased it to 23.94. This is not the first time Frost bank has refused to honor my checks. Why! I have money in Frost Bank! Why do they not honor my check!

Employees passed the title company and myself around and put us off for 3 weeks! All we needed was a payoff for a loan I held with them. It came so close to causing me to lose the buyer on my property. They charged me almost 7% of my loan amount as a fee to payoff the loan 2 years early. Frost has lost this customer's personal and commercial business!!!!

Info about funds and my accounts I had with Frost Bank

I deposited a check a while back, and it was funded to my card by the time I called to clarify if the funds were added. The lady who answered the phone said that they had. Then I proceeded to ask, further on, about resetting my password to my mobile banking using the app patented to frost bank that I electronically deposited checks to my account when I only had one account. I wanted to be able to withdraw some cash, so I think I ended up having a new card sent to my BIA mailing address and with the mailed to my was the checks I deposited saying that they were non-honored, and I could still use them, but I couldn't, and they also explained how I could no longer bank with frosy card

Not a good bank

Dont go to this bank. Frost bank has managers and employees dont know anything about banking. They will say anything to make you think it is true. Research before going to this bank. Run from this bank. Find a bank that doesnt take your money. Fees are no good at all. Managers are no good at there job. If they dont know your information they will close your account for no reason and make up excuses about everything.

Taking illegal electronic Transfers for Automatic Payment

Once again this man is named Micheal Nieto, I would like to meet with him and discuss the matter personally. He and his supervisor created the problem when THE FROST BANK DECIDES WHEN AND HOW MUCH they will collect directly from any account when they want to be paid. I've dealt with this guy before and he has failed to resolve the issue from months past prior

The wronged and robbed me.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I was a customer of Frost bank for merely a year. The terrible wronged me. I was set up by a job scam. When the job mailed me the checks I deposited them. The bank waited a whole month and told me that the checks I received by mail were fraud. So the kept all my money in my savings with them which was over $300.00. The are dishonest and very untrustworthy. They would not give me my money back. They even want more money from me on top of the money that they have stolen from me.
